Default Difference between B18B & B20 head?

Just wanted to know for sure if these are the same or are there differences between them.

I have a 1998 USDM B20 head and wanted to know how it would work on a regular LS engine. I know about the intake manifolds already.
Thanks.

Yep. I believe 99+ LS's got a little bigger cams.

i also believe that the chambers are larger even the intake and exhaust ports are larger subject to failer in a boosted situation...

intake ports are slightly bigger, otherwise no diff. I dont think they changed the cams for 99, either. 94+ B18 cams are the universal nonvtec b-series cam. the 92-93 cams are suspected to be slightly more aggresive than the 94+. I havent found any hard evidence on this, though.
