DA and B18B swap question
Yes I've searched, but I want to make sure I have everything. My current setup is a 92 LS with a 90-91 b18a1 (don't ask). As you can imagine it's a mix and match type deal as it is. I'm replacing it with a JDM b18b. From what I gather all I need is the following:
1. map sensor--option to either use the map sensor on the firewall or extend wires and use the b18b throttle body map sensor.
2. A/C and power steering brackets--use the all of the DA's.
3. crank pulley--use DA's
4. distributor/fuel rail/injectors--use DA's
Is this accurate? Most of the posts I've found were 90-91 tegs. If I"m missing anything let me know guys.

1. JDM motor usually don't have MAP sensors on them, they are usually all firewall mounted.
2. Yes.
3. Yes
4. Yes - but the distributor from the JDM motor should work fine if it's OBD1 (since your car is 92 it's OBD1 - hopefully - considering the motor's been out already).
