Default D15B dizzy work on D16A6?

Would a D15B distributor off an STD EF Hatch work on a D16A6 off a 2G CRX Si?

I got a good deal on a D16A6, but it's missing the wiring harness and dizzy. So I thought maybe I could use the one off my D15B... will it work?

Also, is the wiring something I could easily hack together, or should I just buy a new harness?

OK, so the internals are different? And it's not just a matter of changing the wires?
