Default Crx Suspension Question

Im not a *** i have searched and searched. I actually think i searched so much that i am thinking about the suspension to much. Here is my deal... I want to spend 600 -700 on suspension. First of all I have a crx hf /w b16. This car is my daily driver but i like the speed. I need a suspension kit that will give me really good handling but not to bumpy. I take long hulls in this car so i dont want to have back surgery after a 300mile ride. When i say suspension kit i mean struts and springs (or coilovers or Fake coilovers).
I have search everything but i want ppl that have crx's to post and let me know first hand. I would like to know how koni yellows and tein spings are. or .... any advise would be benificial.
Thank you for any help possible
ps. Tell me if im wrong but arnt koni yellows with gc coilovers crappy?

You haven't been on here very long have you?

Just about everyone in the RR/AutoX section swears by the Ground Control/Koni Yellow combo.

well I installed them saterday, it is about 1.25" drop the illumina tokico's are 5 way adjustable I am currently on 3 mid setting and the ride is great handles great.
I must say the best $460. I have spent on my car yet thus far. Took about 1.50 hours to install with the help of a friend, just make sure that you tork everything down to spec.

The kit I got on ebay shoped around for a while but it was the cheapest price i could find For the shocks and springs combo.
