Default CRX/B16 Driver Side Axle problem

JDM B16 in a 88 CRX DX using HCP Mounts. Motor is in and bolted up, passenger side axle is a 90-93 teg axle and fits great, passenger side was going to be a 90-93 but was too long so we got a 86-89 teg axle. It bolts together but you can tell it's too short plus when you turn to the right the axle binds.

What axle or axle combo should I use??? I thought the 86-89 was the shortest?? We need help since it's the only thing holding us up. Thanks in advance!

The 90-93 Teg axle should fit. Did you remove the spacer on the inside of the hub? Also the plastic/rubber spacer that is on the axle where it meets the hub. What half-shaft are you using?

We removed the spacer but it's still a good half inch too long. We used the int. shaft that came on the engine also. What else could you use?
