What did you pay for your engine swap? what could i get for a d16y8 with 100xxx miles?

 

i paid about 40$ for mine
did it myself, that was the cost of fluids and plugs.

shops will rance from 400-700 depending on where you go.

 

thanks i wish i could do it myselft but i don't have the technical know how. So 400-700 is that for a b or d series but what about a k? I know it is a little early but would a shop have trouble with that engine?

 

most shops wont even touch a k series till the mount kits are released

if you find one you are looking at at LEAST 1000$ install for the custom mounts and labor.

 

I guess i'll have to wait before i due my swap untill the mounts come out
