Default Converting Engine to OBD2B?

So i have a 98 B16A2 (OBD2A) but my ecu and car are from 99 (OBD2B)... I was wondering what all i needed to change on the engine so that i can retain the OBD2B engine wiring harness. From what i looked up, it looks like the distributor, alternator, 02 senor location, and injectors would have to be changed. I really wanted to double check all this before i did anything else since information seems to be scattered all over the place. Thanks in advance!!

So, you have a '99 what exactly ??? The alternator and fuel injectors both plug in regardless of what model Civic you have so you will not have to change those from the B16A. There is no distributor that works properly on the B16A that plugs directly into the engine harness, so a small distributor adapter harness would be appropriate if you are not comfortable swapping out the plug. The O2 sensor plug location is only different if you have a DX or LX with the Cat up front. If this is the case, you can buy or build an O2 plug extension and keep the O2 sensor positioned in the B16A stock location.
