Default compression and leak down testing

when you buy a complete swap from hmotorsonline, do they do a compression and leak down test before they ship your motor or give it to you if you pick it up?

I bought my GSR from him and he said that all cylinders are around 200psi and they were, 220/210/215/215 are my numbers.
