Hi to all, I'm wondering which combination is best for performance if i'm building a b20vtec

1. b20 block with b16b head

2. b20 block with gsr head

3. b20 block with itr head

i've sleeved and block guard the b20 and was wondering which head to get. i know alot depends on what i put into the head and block to give me max performance, but now i wanna go step by step first. So let's say stock to stock comparation, which will be the best choice and why?
