Hello I am working on a 1999 Civic with a second generation b16a. After doing a distributor seal replacement I have code P1381 showing up. While doing the cleanup of the distributor I took off all the electrical connections I could find and generally cleaned up all the oil vapor and corrosion. I didn't have the code before so I think I might've messed with a connection. Where should I start in diagnosis? thanks

Diagnosing the ignition coil I am not getting any resistance between the positive and the spring connection and the neg and the spring connection.
