Code 9 on JDM H22?

Code 9 on JDM H22?
I did a search but couldnt find out exactly the answer. Im getting a code 9 on a JDM H22 and P13 ecu. I also have a code 1 (fixing tonight) and 12 (Learning to live with) but I got those figured out. Any Ideas?
