Default Code 43 help

Did a search, hope someone can help me out. Hav a built 95 B18B in my 93 del Sol. Primarily when I'm driving on the highway for 40-50 miles, I am getting a CEL code 43.

O2, MAP sensor test good, fuel pressure is at 43psi and goes up when removing vaccuum hose from FPR.

When coming to a stop, idle goes way down, sometimes stalling and then hunts until it settles in around 700 rpm. Have a HKS Super AFR piggy back computer to help take fuel out at idle for the Crower 404 cams (non VTEC).

Fuel injectors seem to be working fine. Could it be a fuel pump going out? Intermittant bad FPR?

Any ideas would be aprreciated.

Replaced FPR- no change. O2 sensor is less than 1 year old. Has new IACV, MAP sensors. TPS sensor checks out. Fuel pressure is 41 psi at idle, 44 psi with vaccuum disconnected.

Removed A/F meter and soldered O2 sensor connection at computer.

Any other suggestions?
