Code 41...H22 not starting...HELP!!!!
ok i finally got spark!!!..i'm using the civic dist. internals w/ internal coil in my prelude dist. housing...i'm getting great spark now...plenty of fuel...thats all i smell while trying to start...and...it shoots flames out the header...ok...so i check the codes...its throwing code 41..which is...(primary o2 sensor heater)as hondata.com says-
http://www.hondata.com/techecucodes.html
i don't believe that has anything to do with why it won't start...its getting fuel, spark, and has good grounds...Newman suggested that i rotate the key on the end of my dist shaft(one that goes in the cam)180* cuz my timing could be off 180* since i had that key off....any other suggestions...???
and how do i wire up a 4 wire O2 sensor...what are the pins for the ecu...i'll be using a O2 sensor from a 00' Gsr...thanks!

anyone know how to wire that 4 wire o2 sensor...i just need the colors and what pins they go to in the ecu...thanks alot!!!!
Well if you are getting code 41 that means that your o2 sensor is working but you have to hook up the heating element... You would have to wait till I get home so I can give you the exact color and pinouts.. But that shouldnt stop your car from starting.. Again make sure you check the coil.. It may be bad..
Also make sure that the engine is properly grounded to the chasis..

hey, im on line rite now.. ehhehe.. ok since ur using a h22a4 and an obd1 p13.. for the o2 sensor, which pinouts do u need? pinouts for the obd2 ecu(are u using a conversion harness already made) or do u need the pinouts for the obd1 ecu? (are u wiring it straight to the ecu w/out no conversion harness)? i can get u pinouts for the obd2 ecu if u are using the conversion harness..

I have a 93 cx so I dont use a conversion harness. Just wired it up straight to the ecu.. And sorry I cant use aim when I am at work so I will have to get the info back to you when I get home around 9ish tonight..
