I'm building an ls/vtec with a B18B block and a gsr transmission. What throwout bearing/clutch would I need to work. GSR or LS?

 

If you're using the YS1 cable GSR tranny, use any B-series cable throwout bearing (from a 90-93 Integra). If it's a hydro S80 or Y80 GSR tranny, use any B-series hydro throwout bearing... they're all the same.

Hydro transmission "clutch release" bearings have hoods on the sides of it, the cable tranny bearings have holes in them to snap a spring into.
