check engine light on B18 motor need help..........
sup guys i gotta jdm B18 swaped in a 2000 civic coupe everything runs fine but when i start driving hard the check engine light comes on and then disapears , but when i drive the car normaly everthing is ok any of you guys had the same problem???? any input would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance

did you use the civic sensors and ecu or jdm ones?
which ecu are you using?
I'm assuming that by driving hard you mean revving it up a lot. if you take the ecu out the last error code should be displayed on it take a look here if you can find what the problem is

if not you'd need to get a data logger to find out what exactly is going on, it could be a real problem, or an ecu interpreting something the wrong way due to the diff engine.

i used the o2 sensors from the ex sohc, i have a feeling that would be it ,im using the B18 ecu but then again of course this means that the o2 sensor wont sense by the sohc settings cuz im using the B18 ecu
