Default CEL 10...

I got a 95 civic Vx with a B18c1 swap. Everyting seems to be running good except it is still throwing CEL 10 and i cant seem to get rid of it. i have tried everything and it is still there. Also the car seems like it lags alot of bottom end power. Once Vtec kick in, it feels normal, but up until that point, it feels slow. . any ideas?

code 10 is the intake air temp sensor usually this will cause the car to run like crap change sensor or rewire
