Catch can!!!
I almost done building my Ls/vtec, since they love catch cans I'll get one but I have one question..
Will it be better if i get the one with the breather filter or the one with out it????

Yes and along it some pretty toxic gasses from the crankcase.
In my personal experience, running a catchcan that is vented into the atmosphere gets the oil darker sooner. I'm sorry if this comes across as tree hugging or getting all greenpeace on this thread.... but it's best to run a closed loop system for the street.
That way any emissions from the crankcase can be cycled back into the engine and hopefully you will be running a cat as well to reduce pollution.
