Buckets of questions
Sorry for the noob questions, i have searched alot and am still a little confused.
I have a 97 Civic HX doing a 92-95 JDM H22 swap here are my questions:
1. are there going to be any timing problems with the engine if i have an intake on it.
Like lets say the fuel rail. Does that need to be done on the swap?
2. Do i have to put a new fan in right away?
3. I am getting a JDM H22A, what do i have to do for the internal coil? Is it fine the way
it comes?
4.The OBDII to OBDI Conversion Harness, is that for the ECU match up...does the computer
hook up port still work as advertised after the swap
5. what is the correct way to get the pins out of the connectors? is there a tool that i
NEED, or is there another way to do it?
6. I understand that the headers are longer than the civic's. as for the flange..i have a
car sound high flow cat, those wont mate up will they? is there some where to get a flange
for both sides of the cat seeing as to how the back half of my cat is welded and the front
half is flanged?
7. Ratiator hoses...can my civic ones be used or do i HAVE to get different ones?
8. Alternator belt...can i use the stock lude one, or do i have to get a diffrent one?
Thanks for the help in advance

3. it is fine the way it comes if you are getting a JDM. Replace the dizzy cap from a 92-95 Civic (USDM)
6. A muffler shop should be able to help you out with that.
Most of the rest of your questions will be answered by the link above.
