Advice? Read. There's a few detailed threads that show what you will be facing. Just curious, you say "I'm" doing a stick conversion and H22A swap. Are you really doing it? Or are you having someone else do it for you?

No worries, sometimes I ask that because it changes how I might provide an answer or how in depth of an answer I'll give. There's plenty of write ups around here and on other forums that detail how this swap will need to proceed. This biggest difference from this particular conversion and others is that it requires a cable shifter to be used. Being that the Civic/Integra platforms used a linkage system it may require some metal fabrication depending on how you want to install the new shifter. The other option is to use an adapter plate to use a D or B series transmission. While going this route will eliminate the need to modify the shifter area it poses new issues with engine bay clearance. Everything else about this swap will use almost all off the shelf aftermarket mounts so at least there's no guess work there.

*Also, not sure how your shifter area will differ being that it's an automatic but I'm pretty sure that some modification will need to happen regardless. There's a possibility that there's an after market shifter that can be used for this too, I believe I've seen it for the K series swaps and those use a similar cable shifter as well.

My advice: keep it simple! At least at first. Once you're on the road, then consider stuff like header, balance shaft delete, etc.
