bogging under load. h2b timing?

Default bogging under load. h2b timing?
i got my car running today and its bogging under load. it idles fine. here is the specs:

h23a
chasebays harness
highend header (open header)
qsd kit
phearable chipped ecu

and the header is turning purple. ignition timing?
