Just use your ECU and injectors from your stock engine. That will 'work for now' until you can get the right ECU. You'll need an OBD2 distributor, like from an Integra or Civic Si.
Others will likely agree. I wouldn't use OBD0 stuff in an OBD2 car. It would require complete rewireing as I don't think there's an adapter available to do what you're trying to do.

I believe that you have the P07 ECU currently.
Probably the easiest way to go here is basically this-
convert your car to OBD1 by using the P30 ECU (JDM DOHC VTEC) and the adapter harness.
Convert the engine by using an OBD2 distributor and OBD2 injectors.
Ok I think that is how it will work best. Anybody know better? Let us know.

The dizzy won't work only because it doesn't mount up. The injectors would work though.

Use ur 96 Ex harness.
Need to change:
- Injectors to obd2
- Alternator to obd2
- Get a chipped p28 or p30 and use a conversion harness -or- use a 99-00 si ecu and get that conversion harness
- DOHC Vtec Dizzy Obd2
Not sure what else is missing but thats most of it. You do not have a p07. its something like a p2e
