can I BAR my 96 civ dx with a ls vtec with a 90 ls block and 99 gsr head and what do I need?? HELP PLEASE

NO, no ls/vtec setup will pas cali smog(visualr anyways. have the paperwork for the head and the block? and CEL? all emmissions eqiupment? timing dead on?

that setup will pass cali smog? you gotta be kidding right?

he has a block older then the car wouldn’t that throw a spanner in the works right there then also lets not forget about the whole ls-v thing to further confuse the situation

JUST OFFERING A SUGGESTION WOULD LIKE TO HEAR MORE ABOUT THIS!

He claims he can Smog Exempt LS-V.....he also has a lot of vouches....

I will save you the trouble all you do is convert to propane and then re-register your car as an alternative fuels car thus making it smog exempt

Then of cause what you do after that if you do not know the answer too this then you should not even be thinking about modifying a car lol..........
