I have a b20 vtec that I've just got done building and so far it has ran beautiful i haven't had any serious problem with it. i am having issues as far as ecu i have a p13 chipped non vtec for a h22. the car runs alright but i don't feel any VTEC do i just get a p28 and chipped it for b20vtec or lsvtec ?

 

Of course you don't feel vtec - the ECU can't control it. Get a P28, get a basemap, and take a drive up to your local tuner to get it set up correctly.
