You have '93, that mean your harness should already be OBD1. Find a P75-A01 ecu if you can. I picked up recently that was unmolested for $75, so they can had for cheap still. There are a bunch of guys in the marketplace with virgin and chipped P75's. This is the same ECU for B18b and B20 swaps. The B20 swap might require some extra work to get it running 100%, the FPR is out of spec with the LS stock one on the rail. Nothing getting it tuned won't cure though. If you pick up an OBD2 engine you will have to swap everything like distro and whatnot over to OBD1 on the engine itself.

I can not recommend turboing a B20 of any variety. I know some guys have ran theirs for years with no trouble, but with B20's it's dice roll. That particular swap is more for the guys that just like having that extra grunt and don't care about going really fast. (Like me)

You should go through you harness first to make sure you have no frayed wiring and the coating is still flexible as well.

What are you emission laws like there? Do they do inspection and sniffer or just sniffer? If they do inspection you will need to make sure the PCV system is intact and functioning, so be aware of that before you pick a block to pick up.

b20's never came in obd0 so what shell do you have ? obd2 CAN'T be "tuned on" so obd1 is you only real option. turbo b20 lol nooooo that's be gone in a few months b20 sleeves are ****, trust me.

All of the B20's worth getting were OBD2a/b.

There are OBD0 and OBD1 B20's in the Prelude (B21's as well). However like Joe said the OBD2's are the only ones to bother with.

B18b for the power goals you stated beforehand. If you want to go over 400 then a B18c variety would be a better starting point.
