Default B20 Vtec

Quick questions, although, it's probably already been answered, does it matter which VTEC head you use on the B20 block? Or in other words is one head better than the other? I'm asking because I always see people use a b16 head and was wondering why b16 rather than a Type R head? If this question has been answered just direct me to the thread please, none of the b.s.

b16 heads are generally more available. type r heads are hard to come by, and when you do find one, they're expensive.

I used a type r head, I had a built b20z. Good potential with the right build.

Technically a ITR head is a B16 head, same casting (PR3), just ported from the factory.
