Default B20/type r

i just built my engine. B20/type r head, everything is ready but need help!!!! where does the hose that comes from the bottom of the intake manifold go? the type r block had this going to a breather chamber. right now i have little breather filter over it. car doesnt fire, but is turning over, is this the problem?PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thats for the pcv ......but ur motor should start. check spark and fuel.

also my apexi vtec controller wont come on now. i checked wires and nothing.

firing order, is there spark at wires,can u hear fuel pump? do u have fuel pressure? check ecu fuse,fuses.
