Default B20 into EK problem

Im using my stock d16 harness for a b20 swap and noticed that the iac valve has 3 wires and the b series has 2 what do I do to use my stock harness and what ECU is best for a b20 swap?

for best results your gonna want to use your stock harness and a chipped stock ECU.. Im not sure if they chipped obd2 but im pretty sure they do... that is the best way it is gonna run right but if your low on cash get use your stock harness and try the stock b20 ecu or what ever you can get your hands on...

I don't recall modding my harness much, but i'll tell you that on the B20Z swap in my EK i bought a OBDI PR4 ecu and a obdII to OBDI harness conversion. Car runs great
