Default B20 in a HB possible?

I would like to do the B20 to a 92 HB swap, but I am being told that it can't be done because of the clearance problem. What do I have to do? Get a new riser hood?

the b20 will fit if the LS engine will fit. Its the "crv" b20s that have the high rise intake manifolds (won't fit in integras either). Gotta replace them with LS manifolds.

Sure it fits. You can also fit a turbo in there also

But I like the H22 in there a bit more

Hey Newman,

Do you know whose h22 civic that is? If so, does he like it? Any problems? I'm still deciding on b18c1 or h22. Thanks

I have seen a lightly modified(bolt ons) JDM H22A in a 92 cx slick down run a 13.0 in the quarter mile. No other mods. No extra lightening of the car. My friend had a street driven teg with an H22A N/A that ran 12.3 in the quarter. Nothing to extensive done (headwork, type S cams, etc).

Damn..i was leaning towards b18c1...but now a h22 is sounding really good.
