what can i do to get it to run 14 sec

If your car is OBD-1 then tune it with hondata, slap a vtec head on it and get some high compression pistons if your want to put some money into the motor.

a vtec head isnt necessary. Just get the B20B swap with a b16a or GSR transmission. Plus some driving skills and you can be in the mid 14's. I've seen a guy from Sacramento at sac raceway hit consistent 14.5-14.6's stock with just a CAI and some pretty decent skills at the tree.
