B20 with B18C5 head?

B20 with B18C5 head?
I'm building a B20 vtec and i'm wondering about a B18C5 head? I always see B16 heads used... but i have a chance to get my hands on the ITR head. The head is slightly warped, can i have it shaved down? and would this make a good head to drop on the B20? the head has JUN valve springs, retainers, and valves. just wondering what you guys think.

If the head is warped, I personally wouldn't jump on it. It is possible to be shaved however, but that will effect compression depending on how much it's warped.
