Default B18c5 Swap Problem

I just swapped a 98 USDM R motor into a 92 Civic cx using a chipped P28. The problem I am experiencing is that sometimes during accelerationt here would be a hesitation. RPM would not climb nor does it drop then a second later it starts pulling again. Everything is stock on the car besides from the engine and ECU. There are no check engine lights and the motor came out of a running car. Any help will be grateful. Thanks in advance.

i should punch you in the face so you will read next time instead of blabbing off the first thing that comes to your little mind.

btw you should try what 92Jspec said. it sounds like it could use a real good tune up. then if it is not that then whoever chipped your ecu. have them look at the tune it could be in the igniton or the fuel maps.

The problem went away for now. I filled it to full tank and it just stopped hestitating. It revs to redline with no problem. The car itself was sitting for at least for 6 months before I purchased it. Will water in the full tank cause something like this?
