b18c1 into an EF?
Hey, just got a quick question. how hard is it to put a b18c1 into an EF chassis? I know its possible, i saw a crx with a b18c1 at the track. I was wondering how many modifications are necessary to perform this swap. I assume the Hasport b series mounts will work just fine, and the shift linkage probably (?). But what about the transmission? Would i have to fabricate the hydraulic clutch cylinder on to the firewall, or perhaps is it possible to use a cable tranny? That would be the biggest issue im guessing, besides the wiring stuff obd0 to obd2, or obd1 hopefully. Also, the axles i would assume the same as any setup in a EF, 93 accord midshaft with 91 teg axles, right? Anyone have this swap done? how did you do it and what times are you runnin? Also what radiator, hoses, and sensors to use? Thanx for the help.

Re: b18c1 into an EF? (The B Man)
Im doing that swap right now. The easiest way is to convert it to a obd0 engine by replacing injectors and dist. with a b16a. Then you get a pr3 ecu and replace the intake manifold with a skunk2 to get rid of the buttrflies. the tranny has to be cable from a b16 as well like a y1 or s1. if you have a si or hf you can use your stock engine harness and not worry about dpfi
