ok i just dropped in a jdm b18c obd1 into my 93 civic si. i used my si wiring harness for the swap instead of the harness that came with it. i plugged in all the sensors, plugs and what not. Ok heres the problem, when i start it up and hold my rev at 1200 to 1400 rpm it makes a bogging noise. like boom boom boom. up and down..dnt know if ya understand wat i just said but yeah. Dnt know if i plugged in the wrong plugs together or wat but i know its not running right. HELP me out here!!! plzzz

 

try to switch the plug from taking the one from the TPS and switching it with the MAP sensor one see if that works my friend once had a problem like this..not sure if it will fix it but its worth a try..they both have the same plug..

No it didnt work. its still making that noise only if i hold it at 1400 rpm.
