does the hmotors complete changeover have everything I need to do the swap??..........or do I need new axles from hasport??.....even though they come with b-series axles.......already searched, couldnt find this answer.......by the way, its a 95' civic hatch

Yes the ones that come with the complete changeover will fit.

thats good.......so its pretty much plug n' play if I get the USDM changeover..............or do I need new shift linkage?......I dont mind not having that extra 10hp if it means an easier swap w/o vtec wiring

You have to wire VTEC regardless. And you need the shift linkage that comes with the swap to make it work.
