Default B18c GSR knocking

Whats up guys. I got a 97 Civic with a JDM GSR swap 96 spec with about 34k on motor. Under 30MPH or so I can hear a knocking sound ONLY when I'm on the gas. It doesnt do it when the car in in neutral and a give it gas. I replaced the drivers side CV axle 2 weeks ago but the knock seems to be coming from the passenger side. I got under there and looked around I didnt see anything lose that could be causing the noise. There is little to no free play between drivers CV and half shaft. Grabbed the top and bottom of tire to test wheel bearing and it didnt move at all. Anybody have any ideas of what else could cause this knocking. Thanks

Look into higher octane gas (see Integra owner's manual) and setting the ignition timing.
