B18B to B18C?
Hey guys whats up. I'm new to the board but I've been reading and learning here for quite ahwhile..but I'm still a n00b.
I'm looking for an EG and I found a 1995 coupe Si. He swapped the engine, it now has a 1999 B18B engine.. now, he has crower cams and retainers, and AEM cam gears, on the B18b head.. lets say I wanted to buy a B18c1 head for the engine, or maybe just a B16a1 or a2.. would I be able to take off the cams and retainers and the cam gears and just put them onto the B18c1 head? Are they that similar or would I have to sell the cams and retainers?
In the case that they are not compatible with the B18c1 head, would I be better off just keeping the B18b head or going with the more powerful c1 head? Thing is, I want to build an all motor engine, and I know the B18b is a lower compression engine..
I'd appreciate any help guys.. don't flame me haha.

those cams wont work because there made for a no v-tech setup but if i were you i would put the gsr head on and do ls-vtech because u will make alot more power that way then going all motor non v-tech
