Default B18 question(s)

So here is mah master plan... i'm in the works of looking for a B18 short block(bottom end of the engine)
and i want to put a B16 (si) head on place of the gsr head..also planning to use ITR intake manifold and exhaust manifold...and ITR tranny...this application will be placed in an SI hatch
now the question is
is CTR cams best or worst for this app?
how about CTR pistons?...
toda fly wheel, or jun?

i have other questions, but i'm still in the researching process...so if u could give time to my questions then i'd sweat the hell out of this forum

CTR cams aren't bad at all. Would be a nice choice. CTR pistons fine also. Why use CTR axels?? No need to. Oh, stroker kits are waaay expensive, and will give you an awful R/S ratio. I wouldn't get one.

Oh, you will have to use a b18c block unless you want to run external oil lines for the VTEC selonoid.

Make sure if you use an ITR header, you get the J-spec one.

see my whole thing is that i'm trying to get to autocrossing, and my main goal is to hit 13's all motor...i'm not in a rush like some people i know, but that's my main purpose N/A daily driven autoXsser
