remove the plugs from the end of the b series harness and repin the wiring into the civic plugs.

The problem is you have an 88-91 Civic STD which is DPFI. Even if you tried using an 88-91 Civic/CRX Si engine harness it will not plug in because the main connectors at the stock towers are different for the DPFI and MPFI models. The easiest way to do the swap is to reuse your stock STD harness and salvage the necessary wiring (injector wiring, clips, and resistor box wiring) from the B18A harness. The other way (I highly suggest you know what you doing and have 2 Helms electrical manuals handy) is to completely unpin the shock tower connector plugs on the Integra harness and repin the Civic STD plugs on it. You MUST do the MPFI wiring to the car on the chassis side regardless of which method you choose.
