B18 A/B

hey guys! will the B18A go into a 99 EX (other than the tranny problem) or just stick in a B18B and be done with it?

i know there's a cable ---> hydro conversion kit but has anyone had experience with it?

go b18b, they are cheap anyway. $1200 complete
