Default B16Z6 engine problems

Ok here is the story: I bought a 95 D16Z6 motor and swapped it into my 89 CRX. At first the there was no fuel getting to the injectors then I got a tip that I had the wrong injectors so I swapped them too, it worked, but i was still having starting issues, i found out that the distributor was wired wrong, it turns out that I had the CYL sensor and the Crank angle sensor mixed up so I changed it to the proper wiring pattern. Now the engine Starts up every time and even idles. But the engine will not go over 3000 rpm and I am getting a code 4 (crank position sensor error) is it the distributor that is blown or is my wiring screwed up?
