B16A2 Knock-sensor

Hey....

I`ve got a problem......
I building myself a Hybrid Civic Si Coupe(1994) with a B16A2 engine...
The Knock-sensor on the B16 engine is missing...!!??
(what the f..ck!!)
Is it possible to drive without it....???? (for a short while)
(Its damn expensive... 277$)
I live i Norway... and this will be the first HYBRID COUPE over here... YEEEAH!!!!!
(can i use a sensor from another car/engine....!????)

Pleeeeeeeeeeaze help me.....

Yes it is possible. Your car will just run in 'limp' mode, so just take it easy. Try and get a 2nd one if you can.

How much does a used one cost over there.....
(almost Impossible to get hold of one here in Skandinavia.....)
I`ve tried to contact a Wreckyard in Germany but they have not
recived any answer yet..... Grrrrrr (two weeks ago)
As I asked before... CAN I USE ONE FROM ANOTHER ENGINE/CAR...!??
(eks SAAB turbo/VOLVO/or any car witch runs with a knock Sensor....
(sorry if this is a stuuuupid Question....!!)
