Bought a B16A2 from a 2000 civic si only 20,000 miles on it. swapping it tomorrow into my 1991 integra. is the only thing i have to do is get my ecu reprogrammed for a B16?

You cannot have your 91 Integra ECU "reprogrammed" to run a B16A2. You will need an OBD0 JDM SiR PW3 or PW0 ECU to run the motor and for it to plug into your cabin harness. An OBDI conversion can be done with the aid of a jumper harness but that will require some additional wiring. You will need to reuse your stock engine harness as well as your injectors. You will need a JDM SiR first gen distributor or modify your stock one to fit.
You can't use the 00 Si tranny since it is hydraulic so you'll need to reuse your tranny. The gearing will not be nearly as good as the Si tranny though. The best again would be a first gen SiR tranny or 92-93 GSR cable tranny. The stock motor mounts and brackets will also need changed over to the B16A2....... And you thought it was going to be easy
