b16a1 cam question
i dropped a b16a1 into my 88 crx a year ago, and i noticed when vtec kicked in it wasnt as loud as i thought it would be. could it be i have an automatic b16a1 cams?
how can u tell if u have automatic cams? i just want my crx to sound like my '00 si when vtec kicks. will '00 si b16a3 cams help?

I quess the different sounds between a B16A1 and the B16A2/3 has something to do with the throttlebody, but i'm not sure. I notice the different sounds between my B16A1 and B16A2 also.
Maybe it's the intake. I have the B16A1 in my 2nd gen CRX and the B16A2 in my Del Sol. The Intake from the Del Sol has only one bent.
