Got the engine in and everything went well. No problems at all; vtec kicks and stuff feels tight. After a couple of days though there is some loud ticking in the cabin.

Is it injectors or valves? I hope I'm not losing oil pressure.....

Probably both injectors and valves. Injectors tick, but the valve tick can be quieted down by doing a valve adjustment.
