I am swapping a b16a into a civic hatch using the very short ratio cable tranny. I was tring to get as much information as possible. I am using a tranny mount from jdmshit.com for the hydro cable coversion but what shift linkages how to wire.......???????

Use the B16's shiftlinkage, and your wiring harness running the extra wires.
