Default B16 Swap

I have a 1990 Civic STD. I am planning on installing a B16 into it. I found a B16 out of a 2000 Civic Si and wanted to know how dificult it would be to install in my civic. Has anyone done this? Are there any advantages to using this year motor? I know i need to get a cable tranny and mounts. Help please.
