B16 OBD question help?

hey i got a question here...

my brother has a B16a4 which is a SiR II motor.
what OBD is this motor? 0,1,or 2?

b/c i got a AEM EMS for it and its only works on OBD 1 & 2's

The SiRII's I think are OBD1.

Never heard of a a4? Yep SIRII's are obd-1 and they are stamped B16A.

the motor is stamped B16a4

so its an OBD 1?

look above the #4 cylinder it will give the motor year
it will look like
9|1 9|2 9|3 etc.
(remember it goes 4 3 2 1, the number 1 cylinder being the farthest away from the distributor)

There are a bunch of stamps on My B16A1. Which one is it? There are 4 stamps.

all the way to the left.
and the engine is usually a year older than the car
so if its a 9|2 stamp, it came out of a 93 car.
