Default B16 EG AC bracket issue

Trying to use the under frame torque mount on my EG hatch with my B16. Bought a GSR AC bracket and things don't seem to want to work. Is there a difference between the GSR and B16 bracket? Can anyone tell me which bracket I need to use to clear up the issue? Thanks!

What AC compressor are you using? If you swapped in a B series engine but are still using the D series compressor, you need the bracket/ torque mount from a 97-01 CR-V or a B series Del Sol.

Thanks for that info! I'm not trying to use AC, just using the bracket fir the added stability

bracket doesn't matter as long as it's from a b series. You need your stock torque mount. B series cars have a different frame rail shape.

I tried using the GSR ac bracket and there was about an inch of thread showing on the shaft and when I git things in place the ac bracket wouldn't bolt up to the block. I wish I could show pictures :/

I am using the frame mount from a GSR and the AC bracket from a CRV now. Haven't had time to try to bolt it up yet.

as i said, you need rubber parts from a civic, as the rails are different on b series cars.
