Default b16 ecu Question

This might be a common Question, but here goes. If I put a 2nd gen OBD1 JDM B16 into a 92-95 hatch, can i use the JDM ECU or should i Chip a P28. I looked for this Question on the surch but had no luck. Any light on the subject would be great.

the stock ECU is always the best move. (P30)
But if you have the ability to have the chipped ECU tuned then that's always an option.
