your motor turns clockwise, the b-series is counterclockwise. your mounts are different. the swap is actually illegal, unless you get an 01 GSR or ITR. and then it would be a wiring mess. now YOU tell US if it will work

Anything can be done if you throw enough money at it. You would need a very good automotive welder, someone who can figure out the ridiculous mess that the wiring is going to be, and as a round guess... somewhere between 11 and 16 thousand dollars for parts and labor, depending on which swap you want.
